Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator 1
Project Duration: Contract, 12 months+
Project Location: Corning, NY
Work Hours: 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m. Monday to Friday, no OT anticipated
Pay Rate: up to $14. 00/Hourly, DOE Hourly (no Benefits)
up to $12. 44/hr. DOE Salaried Limited Benes (holidays / vacation)

IMPORTANT Details

• We will not consider candidates with Retail or Collections experience for this position
• MUST have excellent Customer Service experience

Required Skills / Experience (MUST have to be considered)

• Customer oriented
• Experience processing orders
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot table knowledge a plus)
• Some level of exposure to PeopleSoft 8. 0 Supply Chain (order entry, billing shipping) OR equivalent system
• Current experience working with customers and freight forwarders

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Experienced at building relationships and working across many different areas
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently, problem solve, make decisions, and prioritize

Desired Skills
Preference will be given to candidates with:

• 1+ year experience B2B
• Outstanding Excel skills

Education

• Minimum of a completed High School diploma or GED is required
