A respected organization is looking for Customer Service Representatives Responsibilities of the CSR:The Customer Service Representative will assist employees and vendors with payment-related inquiries via incoming phone calls. Inquiries include questions on employee expense reimbursements, procurement, and vendor invoices and payments. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. The customer service representative will handle 30-40 incoming calls daily.
  • CSR schedules need to be filled between the hours of 8:30am and 6:30pm Monday through Friday.
  • Some overtime may be required during high call volume periods.
  • Must have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • 2 years of customer service experience
