Aerotek is currently hiring for an immediate, full time, customer service representative to start on November 20th, 2017.
- Location: Jessup, PA
- Pay: starting at $12/hour
- Shift: Must be open to any shift between 7am-10pm.
- Placement Type: 6 month contract-to-hire
- Answering inbound phone calls in a fast-paced call center environment. Questions asked with be in regards to Billing and enrollment for prescription drug plans.
- Accessing policies, procedures, information in the software system. The main focus is customer service and satisfaction!
- Accurately documenting notes on the call.
