Job Description
Job ID: 40205IT Service Administrator. Our Des Moines, IA client is in need of an IT Service Administrator to fill a contract role. This position is on the ID Administration team.
Qualifications:
- Experience with User Account Management in Microsoft Active Directory/Group Policy, and Exchange.
- Knowledge and understanding of the LDAP standard protocol.
- Good oral and written communication
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and identify the root cause of the problem
