Aerotek is working on behalf of an established employer in the Pittston, PA area to locate multiple Customer Service Representatives. Shifts are Mon-Fri 1230PM-9PM or Tues-Sat 9:30AM-6PM. This CSR will be responsible for answering inbound call in regards to health care information. This CSR will also be responsible for documenting all information into the system in real time. This position might also require some phone work based on the needs of the business.Qualified candidates should meet the following criteria:
- 1+ years experience in the Health care, customer service, data entry, social service or insurance industry
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to multitask
- Experience with strict guidelines/procedures
- Required to complete testing for typing, data entry and office skills
