Dispatcher and Office Assistant
Are you professional, friendly, and energetic? We have just the job for you. We have an immediate need for an Office Administrator / Dispatcher for a local company.
Dispatchers are the main point-of-contact for company drivers. They relay relevant company and customer information to drivers as necessary. We want you if you have previous experience, can multi-task, and have excellent commuication skills.
As a Office Administrator/Dispatcher you will be responsible for maintaining daily customer contact, answering inquiries, receiving and processing customer orders. You will schedule appointments, track and maintain the status of orders and dates with customers.
In addition to the general office duties, responsibilities include:
  • Provides timely communication to customers and personnel on all aspects of installation
  • Confirms and/or processes orders with corresponding information
  • Direct contact with customers and drivers this may include customer care to answer appointment inquiries and communicate installment status.
    Interested applicants must have experience in customer service. They must be professional, friendly and able to relate to external and internal customers. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are critical to this position.
    Must be proficient with MS Office Excel and Word. Experience with web-based logistics programs will be helpful.

    Successful candidates will have:
    Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
    Must work effectively in a team environment and independently.
    Ability to multi-task, in a fast paced environment.
    Attention to detail
    Able to work a flexible schedule.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Computer knowledge in MS Office application.
    HS Diploma/GED
    All candidates will be subject to a drug screen.
