Affiliated Management, Inc., a prominent leader in the apartment rental industry for over 35 years, seeks full-time and part-time resident managers with customer service and maintenance experience for the following counties: Bergen, Essex, Passaic and Monmouth 

Job Summary:

Possess skills in onsite leasing process including apartment make-ready status, work in progress, etc. Develop relationship with administrative office staff. Ensure that all make ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule. Effectively handle all resident service requests. Handle all aspects of the tenant life-cycle from applications, tenancy and vacancies. Serve as liaison between residents, property owner and vendors.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Valid Clean Driver's License

Job Qualifications:

Applicants should be familiar with general maintenance that includes:

• Minor carpentry

• Plumbing
