We are hiring for the position of Production Manager for our metal fabrication facility. Assistant managers looking to advance may also apply. Some of the areas this position is responsible for include:
- Work with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Enforce health and safety precautions
- Report to upper management
- Maintain proper stock levels of raw materials and finished product
- Maintain all machines and equipment
Candidates for this position should possess the following attributes:
- Proven management skills
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Knowledge of Press Brakes, Turret Punches, and all around metal fabrication
- Proficient in MS Office
