On behalf of Bazis Group, Headway Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Marketing Research Recruiter to supervise recruitment and scheduling of business-to-business (B2B) interviews. 

Bazis Group is an international market research expert to clients around the world. They work on business-to-business studies in the industrial sector. Once a study is commissioned, their client provides a list of potential customers to be interviewed in the study. As a B2B Recruiter, you will have internal databases for recruitment and work through the list. You will call the customers and invite them to participate in the interview. 
We are looking for individuals with a B2B research background, who can successfully coordinate interviews (mainly in-depth face-to-face) in construction, mining, and agricultural equipment. This role will require you to speak to people with engineering backgrounds – fleet engineers, fleet managers, chief engineers as well as people responsible for purchasing and repairing equipment / heavy machine parts. This positions offers $15 per hour and is a contract role.

Key Responsibilities of the B2B Recruiter

  • Manage interviewers on a daily basis, including interviewer training
  • Call potential respondents to schedule interviews
  • Plan and supervise fieldwork (locations, research instruments, data entry)
  • Meet data collection budgets
  • Coordinate with the Associate Director
  • Implement and manage quality control

Job Requirements

  • Experience working in research teams (interviewers, field staff, recruiters, workers, etc.)
  • Proficiency in handling mobile devices (phone and tablets)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Word, SPSS, BOX
  • Position will begin on site, then transition to splitting time between working remotely (approx. 50% of time) and in Warrenville, IL office
  • Cold calling and organizational skills
  • 20 – 40 hours/week; Monday through Friday; minimum of 10 hours at the office each week.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
