Job DescriptionShift: Part-time, long-term contract (20 hours weekly)Job Description:- Review, Execute and Archive NDA-s, Teaming Agreements and other Agreements as needed- Monitor, Archive and Document critical division documents.- Manage customer requests for information.- Supervise production of accurate contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.- Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables.- Manage audit files for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.- Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, facilitate contractor meetings.- Ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations.- Prepare Pricing Proposals for current and new customers- Analyze and mitigate risk. Requirements:- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of contracts experience- Knowledge of principles, techniques, methods, and procedures of Government contracting- Negotiation skills and experience- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint- Ability to handle multiple assignments at a time and be flexible and responsive in a diverse, changing environment- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen Preferred Skills:- Strong understanding of MS Office and proficiency in Microsoft products- Ability to prioritize and manage multi-tasks simultaneously- Strong understanding of the FAR and DFAR- Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational/communication skills- Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ingenuity with the ability to effectively achieve organizational established goals and objectives.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service and collaborative team environmentIf interested, please apply today.
