Job DescriptionResponsibilities for the accurate receiving, delivering and shipping of material throughout the entire manufacturing facility. Follows QSR, ISO, safety and environmental regulations. Receives and segregate raw material and MRO supplies from outside vendors in an accurate and efficient manner in accordance with establish procedures. Responsible in identifying the raw material with a Pallet Sheet on each pallet and/or carton. Responsible in using the computer SAP system when requesting inventory information to determine location, quantity and availability of materials required. Locates and distribute raw materials to specified production areas according to production requisition.Received finished goods from the production department and processes the appropriate documentation. Prepared packages or container and verify all pertinent information for finished goods for shipment in accordance with procedures. Loads finished goods into vehicle and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in-transit, using hand tools. Perform routine cycle counts and verifies physical condition of raw material (expired, damage, etc.) and documents according to established QA/QC procedures. RequirementsHigh School graduate. Able to read, write and understand English/Spanish. One-year warehouse experience in manufacturing environment. Ability to utilize all electrical materials handling equipment. Must also maintain a forklift license. Ability to utilize SAP. Minimum category 4, P.R. Department of Transportation, Drives License and a good driving record. Performs manual calculations and use of computer and calculator.Uses electrical materials handling equipment and operates manual hydraulic equipment.
