Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionWe have partnered with a growing medical supply company in Troy, MI. We are looking for full time Customer Service Representatives to support this growing business. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years experience in a customer service position. You will need excellent phone etiquette and problem solving ability. Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task is also required. Computer experience must be advanced enough to work with several software programs.Medical, Durable Medical Equipment, and Insurance verification backgrounds are helpful but not required. Requirements-2 to 4 yrs of Customer Service experience-Solid typing and computer skillsHighlightsThese positions pay $12-$13/hour, depending on experience.
