ORDER ENTRY / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, Draper, UT   Summary:  Customer service requiring verbal and written interaction with current and new customers via phone, email and fax. Order entry and documentation duties requiring computer entry skills. Excellent Customer Service and communication skills both written and verbal Able to multi-task and complete work in a timely manner Basic knowledge of and experience with Order Processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software Must have strong ability to focus, research and follow up skills Works well with peers creating a cohesive team environment Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  include the following, other duties may be assigned: Receives and processes customer purchase orders via fax, e-mail, EDI, GHX and/or phone and enters purchase order information into computer system. Speaks directly with and supports Sales Reps and customers (both internal and external) by phone and email.  Researches and resolves/answers questions, issues and concerns about orders. This includes and is not limited to order tracking, price discrepancies, shipping, etc. Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuance orders. May manage one or more of the following tasks as part of the daily job; Sales Rep Sample Budget, Freight Tracking Account, EDI Desktop & Orders, GPO Maintenance and Updates, CCP and APP Contracts, Cardinal Opti-Freight Maintenance, Service & Repair Tracking and Easy Trac data entry. Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation. Issues RGA’s and processes returns for products that are not complaint related; miss-shied, miss-ordered, and customer error. Generates Orders, Invoices and Credit/Debit memo requests and works with the Accounting Department in performing performs basic collections functions and resolving pricing issues. Enters, tracks and maintains contracts for specialty contract product.   Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Problem Solving – Identifies, researches and resolves problems in a timely manner. Teamwork - Gives and welcomes feedback; Contributes to building a positive team spirit.   Education and/or Experience:                                                         Associate's degree (A.
