Sales / Marketing Coordinator

Job DescriptionWe are hiring for a Sales/Marketing Coordinator position in City of Industry. Duties will include: --Find images & recipes in internal files for PR and Social Media programs--Putting information into the label development system (PCRS)--Fulfill sales requests for exhibitions, samples, quality complaint forms, coupons and point-of-purchase materials--Processing Purchase Orders in SAP--Obtaining quotes and managing the inventory of POP materialsRequirementsIdeal candidate will be: --Bilingual - Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Spanish is preferred but not required. --Knowledgeable in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe Acrobat professional--Have excellent general computer skills with some SAP preferred and ability to quickly learn our internal label management system--Good organization skillsFor consideration, please respond by submitting your resume via the Apply Now button.
