WASTEWATER TECHNICIAN This full time position assists with on-going wastewater operations by inspecting/servicing pumps at lift stations, installing, maintaining and repairing sewer pipelines, taps, valves and manholes.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in wastewater operations and/or wastewater collections, 2+ years experience with backhoes, dump trucks and skid steers, ability to handle 50 lb.
objects frequently and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
This position works day shift plus occasional weekend and overtime hours.
High school/GED; must obtain a valid Missouri Class B CDL or higher within 6 months of hire.
Must obtain Missouri Class D wastewater certification within one year of hire.
Starting salary: $10.00/hour plus excellent benefit package.
UTILITY WORKER I - WATER This full time position responds to water leaks, maintains & repairs water pipelines, taps, valves, meter services, fire hydrants and manholes.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and customer service skills, plus basic knowledge of the operation & maintenance of water distribution systems.
High school/GED and possession of a valid Missouri driver's license required.
