JOB SUMMARY: 
As a Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for using a high level of discretion to evaluate and select candidates who are the best fit for open client positions. To make this happen you must build strong relationships with our clients and candidates to determine their needs and asses if a partnership between the two will be mutually beneficial. You will be responsible for soliciting and delivering ongoing feedback for our employees working at client locations and addressing performance concerns of employees, including delivering corrective action and terminating assignments. You will expand business opportunities with clients by identifying sales opportunities with them, and by placing successful candidates in those roles. Your success will be determined based on your ability to meet quotas for recruitment, sales, and candidate placements. As a Recruiter, you are on the front lines of providing a great brand experience to both our candidates and our clients 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
•    Establish rapport and develop long-term business relationships with clients over the course of an extended sales cycle. Conduct recruiting strategy meetings with clients to understand their organizational plans and objectives in order to create a detailed plan for recruiting candidates who will be successful in meeting client needs. Design and evaluate candidate assessments, as needed, to ensure we are finding the optimal candidates for our clients. Follow up with clients on a regular basis to ensure that provided candidates meet their needs and adjust recruiting strategies as needed based on feedback. 
•    Utilize knowledge of client positions and applicant experience to evaluate candidates for open positions. Interview candidates for fit against client needs. Use a high level of discretion in make hiring decisions based on best fit for client positions. Maintain candidate interview and placement information in applicant tracking system. Select candidates based on their background and experiences to determine best fit for client positions. 
•    Conduct weekly quality calls with clients to solicit feedback on associates working at client location. Document feedback regarding attendance, performance, quality, and behavior in HRIS system. 
•    Hold weekly feedback sessions with associates working at client locations. Provide ongoing regarding attendance, performance, quality, and behavior. Issue disciplinary action, when needed, up to and including termination. 
•    Contribute to branch sales by expanding business opportunities and billed hours with current clients. Truly understand the client’s business and demonstrate our value to them as a contributor to their success. 
•    Interpret and apply adherence to Safety and Employee Relations policies. Investigate complaints or deviations from policy, make recommendations for corrective action, up to and including termination, as needed. Escalate issues and partner with internal Safety and ER staff as determined by the nature of investigations. 
•    Independently build a pipeline of candidates by attending networking events, job fairs, or organizational activities. Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contact recruiters using newsgroups and job sites. Market qualified candidates to existing and new clients to expand market business. 
•    Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for recruitment, sales activity, and successful candidate placement. 
•    Participate in the planning and development of long and short-term business objectives. 
•    Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision. 


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE NEEDED: 
•    2 years or more experience in recruiting and/or staffing 
•    Full-cycle recruitment and sourcing; interview and selection; placement of candidates in positions; understanding of pipeline management 
•    Outgoing personality with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across diverse population of teams 
•    Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision 
•    A proven history of meeting/exceeding recruitment and new business objectives 
•    Excellent client relationship building and account management skills 
•    Excellent communication and organization skills 
•    Strong business software skills (Word, Excel, and Power Point, web-based systems) 
•    Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems.
