Production Machine Operator

Maintain quality standards established by our company for operation of production machinery

- Will be running two machines at separate times. One machine is to print on the role of adhesive paper used to make electrodes. These are custom according to what the customer wants printed on it. After printing is done they will take the role and put it in the 2nd machine. The 2nd machine is to spray a silicone layer so that it is easily separated in the production line and for customer use. The machine applies the adhesive product and rolls the silicone paper into a large roll. From there products are documented accordingly and moved to the Gel process.

Start up production machinery after visual inspection and set up

Assure that correct materials are set up and that all required materials are in inventory (quantity to be produced is obtained from supervisor)

Match documentation (work order) to material and complete material log

Inspect and observe machine to assure proper operation on a continuous basis

Use work instruction and check off list during process inspections

Comply with policies, work rules, and safety regulations

Report any unsafe condition immediately to supervisor

Perform other duties as assigned
