Machinist

This company designs and builds flexible and high-performance assembly and manufacturing lines for companies in the fields of automotive supply, electrical technology, consumer goods, medical technology, renewable energies and cosmetics. The performance range extends from manual assembly workplaces to fully automated production systems with integrated test engineering and data documentation.

Engineers design and develop blueprints for machine automation, the parts and components of the machine are machined in house and initial assembly of the machine is completed in house. Once the machine is automated, it is torn down and shipped to the client facility to be re-assembled and installed.

The Machinist will be working on 2 axis mills machining parts and working with aluminum and some steel.

Because the work is very project based, they should expect project work that requires some volume machining (e.g., setting machine to run on 1 tolerance for the entire day) or custom machining that might require 3-7 setups per day.
