Production Supervisor

Aerotek is now hiring for a Production Supervisor for a client in Baltimore City. This is a Direct Placement opportunity.

Job Description:

• Manage all of aspects of the production
• Oversee the team of 11 employees
• Schedule employees
• Provide disciplinary actions when needed
• Solve production problems
• Handle all clerical and administrative work

The ideal candidate:

• MUST have 3-5 years of management experience in manufacturing
• MUST have knowledge of GMP and SOP's
• Preferably will have experience in food and beverage
• MUST be willing to work 12 hours days

This is a 2nd shift position Monday- Friday 3pm-2:30am
