Midtown asset management firm is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the Operations team. 100% paid benefits and nice bonus.
Responsibilities
Provides administrative assistance to Head of Operations, Four Directors of Operations/Project Management, and both Co-CTOs at the firm including complex activities including meetings, travel, itinerary, telephone coverage, mail handling, processing of letters/correspondence, maintaining files, events/meeting planning, and other department activities.
Manages schedules utilizing MS Outlook (planning/arranging events, meetings, travel arrangements, conference calls, and receptions).
Prioritizing (and organizing) a large volume of information requests and calls.
Manages all confidential and non-routine information in a responsible manner.
Works independently to research and resolve complex issues of both recurring and nonrecurring basis.
Aids in the production (creation, revision, editing, proofing) of departmental reports, presentations and general documents (e.g. business plans, financial statements, presentations.)
