Replace packers at folding as necessary


Providing the production hall with accessories and making sure there are always accessories in the hoppers. When adding fitments, record box# on fitment tag and give to QC.


Placing empty cartons in the production hall and making sure there are always replacements.


Replacing cartons during the shift as they fill up.


Replacing the quality assessor at folding when he/she is performing the quality assurance tests.


Sealing cartons with packaging tape using a sealing machine or hand held tape dispenser.


Palletizing full, sealed, and labeled cartons in the palletizing room.


Replacing full jumbo cartons with the folders' assistance and move full jumbo cartons to appropriate location in warehouse.


Constructing cartons according to the work orders of the evening and night shifts.


Keeping the machines and the area around the machines clean.


Routine assistance in arranging the cartons for work, user instructions, labels.


Assisting the operator in handling faults.


Preparing replacement rolls and assist operator with roll changes.


Assisting the operator with set-ups.


Cleaning production hall floor with power scrubber, broom, vacuum, and mop daily.


Completing all special projects assigned by production manager.


At end of shift, ensure all garbage is removed from production hall, QC lab, maintenance room, and box building area in warehouse.
