About this job
* Responsible for the Bar operations at the pool and supervision of staff.
* Responsible for Pool Bars, Pool Service Bar, Nightlife Portables, Loft, Loft Deck & Banquet Pool bars.
* Handles all purchasing for pool beverage with in budget and maintains a liquor cost under 18%.
* Ensures that all bars inside the Pool / Storage rooms are up to BOH Sanitation standards.
* Responsible for the overall cleanliness of these bars including brand display.
* Is fully responsible for the corporate beverage program and ensuring all areas of the pool are compliant.
* Develops quarterly training for all bar staff.
* Develops and maintains beverage par levels.
* Works with Casino Beverage to ensure Pool & Nightlife events are fully staffed.
* Responsible for cleanliness, organization, exceptional guest service and safe condition of Nightlife.
* Ensures that customer problems/complaints are handled in an effective, courteous manner.
* Ensures staff behavior, service provided to guests and appearance are in compliance with established policy.
* Assists with planning and executing special events at The Pool.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Prior customer service experience in a Nightlife environment required.
* Must be able to obtain a NJ Casino Employee Service License.
