On behalf of Directions Research, Headway Workforce Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives (Market Research) to work on a short-term market research project.  In this role, you will be conducting surveys with guests at a local restaurant in order to gather important information related to their overall experience. Pay is $17.00 per hour.  This is a 7 day assignment.

What you'll do:

  • Work with the restaurant staff to identify eligible guests
  • Approach guests and ask them to complete a short survey
  • Explain the importance of the survey and overcome any objections in order to gain participation
  • Assist participants with using a Tablet device, as needed
  • Meticulously account for incentives given to participants

Dates and Times:

  • Project will last from Monday December 11 - Sunday December 17
  • Two shifts are available
    • 11:15 am - 5:00 pm 
    • 5:15 pm  - 9:30 pm
  • Qualified staff must be available to work all scheduled days

Paid Phone Training:

  • Friday, December 8th at 3:00pm ET

Compensation:

$17.00 per hour + paid training

Candidate Requirements:  

  • Individuals who have an outgoing personality and are not afraid to approach strangers
  • Qualified candidates will be dedicated to hitting the survey goals outlined for this project
  • You must be available to work all scheduled shifts
  • You should be self-motivated to work independently and follow specific directions
