MUST HAVES:

  • 4-5+ years CTM role and 2-3 years monitoring experience (CRA on-site)
  • Previous CRO/sponsor experience (vendor management)
  • "Can do" attitude
  • Strong Organizational/communication skills (the Director is big on this)
  • B.S. degree in the Life Sciences

Study: the CTM will be responsible for managing an "open label" Phase II CNS study (dementia). On their website, this compound falls under the "Nelotanserin trial".

**This is a 12 month renewable contract with long-term potential to stay on as a contractor or convert perm**

Therapeutic experience: CNS (preferred not required)

Manages overall operation of the entire clinical study including project planning, budget, resource management and contract research organization management. Manages clinical operational plan and incorporates the study and scientific plan. Interacts with CRO and clinical sites to oversee execution of clinical trial. Ensures compliance with good clinical practices, good manufacturing practices and regulatory guidelines. Expected to develop contingency plans for ensuring clinical trial timelines and key deliverables are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interact with CRO to ensure study plan remains on track. Review of CRO study related plans and data management documents. (communication plan, monitoring plan, edit checks, ecRF completion guideline)

  • Represent the company's position on study execution with vendors, CRO and sites
  • Develop and follow key metrics for study progress and provide reports to clinical study team
  • Oversee and coordinate vendor outreach to sites
  • Co-Monitoring and review of monitoring reports.
