Currently, Integrity is seeking a Customer Service Representative .
Earn $18 to $20 an hour depending on experience. Temp with an opportunity. 1st shift availability. Hours are 8:30- 5PM ( One TWENTY minutes)
Job Duties:
Position will be for Customer Service Support for Document Readers, which are products from the recent 3M acquisition in the Government Business Unit
- Main responsibilities include assisting two remote employees with order to invoice entry for document readers for U.S. customers
- Will interface occasionally with Sales to expedite orders or answer questions on orders/invoicing
- Minimum of 4-month assignment until January 2018
- Tools requirements: must have experience in Oracle, SharePoint and Microsoft Excel
- Looking for someone that is detail oriented, personable/has CS mindset
- Pay range starting at $18/hour (& up, commensurate with experience)
- Hours are 8:30-5 PM w/ 30 minute lunch, Monday-Friday
ERP system: Oracle and/or SAP experience a must
