About this job

Must be able to work up to 50 hours a week, various shifts per week and be available nights and weekends.

*Must have Managerial Experience, prefer Store Manager or General Manager Experience, will consider those with less experience.
*Have a minimum of two (2) years experience in a management role, achieving at least an assistant manager / co-manager position in a quick service restaurant, or one (1) year experience in a management position in a full service restaurant.
*Must have a high school diploma and College Degree preferred.
*Must have Strong Leadership Experience in motivating and leading teams.
*Must have Experience in managing all P&L responsibilities
*Have a working knowledge oflocal store marketing techniques, sales building, and a proven track record of controlling costs.
*Dependability, hardworking and have the ability to work well under pressure in stressful situations, is a must.
*The Manager supports the Owner and is responsible for building sales and controlling costs byusing all cost control tools and processes. They trouble shoot operational problems and find acceptable solutions to achieve operational expectations.
*Valid Driver's License
