Now, we're looking for a rock star Communications and Information Program Manager who will be the voice of the Un-carrier brand as related to Compensation and Incentives. You'll work closely with HR Compensation Design, project teams, operational communications team, EIT and field leadership.
 
Your work will be in the spotlight, and you'll need to be just as adept at the writing traditional communications as you are at developing FAQ's, support tools and weekly progress updates regarding issues and initiatives that impact compensation. The successful candidate will be a collaboration ninja balancing a huge variety of projects across a bunch of people and priorities and will be able to easily channel different skill sets and voices depending on your partners in collaboration and end user. While the quality and accomplishments of a person's career will be the determining factor, the finalist must have the following requisite qualifications:
 
  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).
  • 2+ years' experience in organizational programs, project management or related area.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or program management experience, including cross-functional management.
  • Demonstrated strong collaboration skills and organizational skills with a history of anticipating issues and taking proactive action to develop and implement an appropriate response plan.
  • Proficient using MS Office, PowerPoint and SharePoint
 
Preferred
  • Knowledge of and understanding of Compensation and Incentives
  • Prior experience in Retail or @Work channel  
  • Wireless Telecom experience a plus

Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Responsibilities;
  • Drafting Compensation and Incentives communications and support materials for T-Mobile commissioned employees.
  • Responsible for weekly report out on all Compensation and Incentives initiatives and upcoming releases.  
  • Developing communications that help audiences better understand Compensation and Incentives programs and initiatives. 
  • Maintain Communications and support materials archive 
  • Coordinate communications, mail merges, FAQ's and field updates
  • Coordinate and maintain field facing resource documents
  • SME for the Compensation and Incentives plans
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma or GED
Pre-employment background screen.
