Do you have Food and Beverage experience? Are you looking to get your “foot in the door” with the resort dining industry? Are you interested in working and living in Grand Teton National Park? The Busser / Busperson is responsible to assist the waitstaff and our guests in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner, and additionally greet guests by offering them a warm, heartfelt welcome to the restaurant. The busser is expected to maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant by cleaning and resetting counters, assisting servers with beverage service by refilling beverages when appropriate.

 

The “must haves” for this position include:

  • Excellent people skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven abilities with customer service
  • Ability to work long hours and varied shifts
  • Food and Beverage Experience
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

 

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

  • Knowledge of fine dining
  • Refined attention to detail

Blue Heron Restaurant and Lounge

Atmosphere: Upscale-casual bar/lounge with a view

Cuisine: Gastropub fare and local cocktails

 

Enjoy libations while relaxing on the deck and watching the wildlife beneath a Teton sunset.  Voted as the “best watering hole – human division” by the National Park Foundation, the Blue Heron Lounge offers a casual dining rendezvous for friends who are wary from an adventurous day in Grand Teton National Park.  The gastropub cuisine is inspired by the overwhelming sense-of-place one experiences while in the valley.

The Pioneer Grill

Atmosphere: 50's Style Diner - Newly Renovated in 2017!!

Cuisine: Modern twists on traditional diner fare

 

Come join us at the original 50’s style counter-service diner in Jackson Lake Lodge for a hand-crafted malt and the best burgers in the valley.  Our chefs create traditional diner dishes with punched-up flavors for the modern diner’s palette.  Choose to dine-in or take food on-the-go.  Breakfast, lunch or dinner in the Pioneer Grill will have you bobbin’ through the park singing Rockin’ Robin.
