Responsibilities:
- Complete outbound calls, collecting money owed on insurance claims
- Keep accurate records and maintain database information
Necessary Qualifications:
- MUST have excellent communication skills, especially over the phone; must be comfortable collecting money from individuals
- Proficient computer and typing skills; ability to learn and operate the company database and related programs
