About this job
* Seasonal Financial Services Representatives will work directly with clients through inbound calls responding to inquiries related to account information and other general Client Services issues
* They will also answer general information questions, assist clients with inquiries regarding their accounts, password resets, provide quotes, address changes and other general account questions.
The Pay is $15/hr. for 1st shift & $16.50/hr. for 2nd.
This position will begin early January with 4 weeks of mandatory training.
ENTRY LEVEL/FINANCE/CUSTOMER SERVICE WORK EXPERIENCE
Location: St. Louis
REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOW
- Bachelors of Business: finance, accounting, management, marketing or any similar focus
OR
- 3+ years of customer service experience
