About this job
- Seasonal Financial Services Representatives will work directly with clients through inbound calls responding to inquiries related to account information and other general Client Services issues
- They will also answer general information questions, assist clients with inquiries regarding their accounts, password resets, provide quotes, address changes and other general account questions.
- GED/HS Diploma
Degree preferred
Customer Service experience (retail, restaurant, call center, f2f, banking)
Financial experience preferred
