Description

The Executive Assistant will provide confidential, reliable and comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Deposit Operations.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Handle various ad hoc requests for the team
  • Manage several building-wide committees in support of the building leader role
  • Perform various tasks as needed to support the administrative needs of the business line
  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls
  • Provide daily, on-going calendar management
  • Prepare and compose agendas, colleague communications, and other correspondence
  • Handle all travel arrangements, including international travel
  • Arrange all logistics for large team meetings and building wide events
  • Coordinate colleague recognition program and adhere to budget
  • Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely manner
  • Prepare, track, and submit expense reports
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize business needs and meet deadlines
  • Strictly maintain confidential and sensitive information

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in senior level administrative support role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels within the bank
  • Self-starter who can work on multiple tasks simultaneously with little oversight
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully manage conflicting needs and adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Advanced MS Outlook, intermediate MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent problem solving ability and utilize sound judgment while performing tasks
  • Education:
  • Bachelor s degree preferred

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm
