Dishwashers (Day Shift)

Job Summary- Will be expected to learn during training process * Completely understanding and the ability to perform all duties assigned to you by your management team. * Completely understanding and the ability to operate all equipment needed to perform your job cooking and preparing food * Accountable to Management If hired for this position you must provide proper documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the United States, be willing to undergo a credit, criminal background and employment reference check, and be at least 16 years of age. Job Duties * Specified preparation of all menu items, cooking skills, which includes quality as well good ticket times * Food preparation * Health rules and regulations followed at all times * Wash hands on a continuous basis * Sanitation -- empty garbage, clean cooking line, and sanitizing water for cleanup * Rotation of all stock * Maintain high cooking standards * Follow the 3 rules cook, stock and clean as business dictates * Follow shift by shift cleanups * Perform all duties assigned by your management team * Cost control methods must be used in portion control, rotation of food, plate breakage due to misuse and waste buckets or waste sheets filled out * Maintain proper food temperatures * Keeping cook line and kitchen clean in all areas, line, prep, walk-ins and storerooms * Keep food and nonfood items organized and stored correctly * Adhere to the dress code and maintain a high level of personal hygiene * Work as a team with everyone and maintain a professional tone of voice and words with all even during peak rush hours As a Sapp Bros. employee, you will be part of an established company with a long tradition of commitment to quality, ethics, and superior customer service.
