Project Manager (Interiors)

For over 30 years Aerotek's partner in Interior Construction and Renovation work has outperformed local competition; now we are hiring a Project Manager. Manage some of the most exclusive and exciting interiors projects in the state! Projects will be located all over Northern Virginia.

The Project Manager is responsible for the management of assigned projects, to include project schedule and cost, quality control, contract administration, project final delivery and close-out, and client communications. They may also be involved in cost estimating and proposal development.

Qualified applicants will have:

• 3+ years of experience managing interior construction projects ranging from $50,000 - $300,000+ in value
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Prima Vera, or similar software
• Experience handling change orders
• Experience responding to RFI's
• Experience managing cost adjustments and overall budget constraints
• Experience organizing communication between subcontractors and owners
• Experience creating submittals for new projects
