Responsibilities Include:
Represent Consulting firm to clients and potential clients
Develop strong design team relationships
Communicate respectfully with subcontractors, owners, engineers and architects
Perform detailed take-offs, read blue prints & provide plan review comments
Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages in the preconstruction process
Prepare well-thought out and accurate budgets for projects
Qualifications:
Great communication skills - written and oral
Attention to detail, analytically approach to problems
Personable and professional
Collaborative, problem solver, hard working
Passion for the design and construction industry
Takes personal responsibility for issues that arise
Education/Experience:
College degree in construction/architecture/engineering, or related industry experience preferred
Construction field experience favorable
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and OnScreen Takeoff
LEED AP, Revit/CAD experience are favorable
Knowledge of unit prices, construction means & methods, labor productivity and our local market Qualifications:
