Warehouse Associate

3-5 must haves:
receiving experience
UPS / Fed Ex online shipping
computer experience
attention to detailed
ability to work in a fast past environment

* Process all aspects of materials (Receive, Pick, Pack, QC, & Ship) using warehouse inventory software's (SAP, WMS, etc.)
* Perform inventory and cycle counts as required.
* Provide prompt and accurate customer service, assuring customer satisfaction
* Make or assist in determining decisions involving materials and parts movement and re-stocking.
* Follow all procedures (work instructions, training, etc.), safety and quality policies, processes, and customer profiles appropriately without making exceptions.
* Document and suggest course of action to clear all discrepancies.
* Arrange and maintain filing and recording systems.
* Documents and records activities for period end reporting.
* Inspect freight and follow appropriate reporting procedures (NCR & DMR).
* Maintains and adjusts stock levels and prepares documentation for reordering all packaging supplies.
* Split, strap, seal and QC of every order / shipment accurately.
* Generate report per customer's request.
* Hand truck movement of pallets or shrink wrapping of pallets..
* Overall general upkeep of warehouse, and ensure warehouse safety.
