The Inventory Fulfillment Specialist (IFS) is responsible for interpretation of data to manage business categories by driving decisions to maintain inventory needs and support sales and ROI. Provides key inputs and validation of plans while serving as the primary contact for Supply Chain Planner. Key skillsets must include the ability to communicate within cross-functional teams, manage complex systems and provide customer support. This occurs through the proactive management of key performance metrics, including root-cause analysis and recommendations of solutions to the business.

Responsibilities:

Drives root cause analysis to find gap and drive resolution/communication
Determines strategic deployment of product based on resources; vendor production/availability Conducts trend analysis (i.e. Pipeline reporting) Initiates product flow contingency plans Customer service driven, providing information, plans and communication at the store level to support customer needs
Communicates effectively among cross-functional teams including logistics, merchandise divisions Provides support, guidance, and problem solving to create solutions Peer resource that leverages and utilizes knowledge and experience to serve the team
Provides key inputs and validation of plans while serving as the primary contact for Supply Chain Planner Implementation of best practices
Collaborates with stakeholders to maximize team efficiencies Streamlines cross functional team communication and workflow Manages atypical store prototypes (i.e. City Center, Alaska, Hawaii)
Performs root cause analysis via REX dashboard, tabs, pipeline, late PO’s, service area changes, zero/zero OH/OO Monitors reduction of weekly exception trends

Travel Requirements: This role requires travel within the US.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations
2 years of experience working cross-functionally Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written Team Building Skills Strong prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of experience in Lowe’s Supply Chain Operations
1-2 years of experience leading projects
Extensive knowledge and understanding of JDA Fulfillment and Inventory Fulfillment Standard Operating Processes and Best Practices
