For more information, please visit The Sr. Product Manager, Protection Accessories is responsible for product selection, strategy, and overall category management of Case & Screen Protector Accessories at T-Mobile.  This position works closely w/ external vendors as well as internal groups such as Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Sales & Field Operations.  The Sr. Product Manager will be a passionate self-starter that is motivated by the opportunity to be creative and see new possibilities with a bias towards action and ownership.Minimum 
  • 7 years of experience in buying, merchandising or marketing
  • Ability to lead an organization from idea through to implementation
  • Knowledge of financial drivers, experience in managing return on investment objectives
  • Ability to analyze, articulate, and solve complex problems and concepts to make effective business decisions
  • The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has experience in fashion, and a proven record for building strong relationships
 
Desired:
  • 3 - 5 years of experience with vendor management
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in managing a P&L
 
Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Essential Functions
  • Develop, own and execute the Accessories strategy for Protection categories
  • Identify and select products and brands to be carried throughout T-Mobile Retail, Web and other channels
  • Manage a Category P&L and be accountable for delivering top line and bottom line results
  • Develop and manage a Product Roadmap and Promotional Calendar for all products in the Protection portfolio
  • Define the in-store experience and work cross-functionally to ensure proper execution
  • Inspire the organization to tell compelling device + accessories product stories
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain on inventory management.  Manage Product Lifecycles from launch through EOL
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support merchandising, product training programs and communications to support T-Mobile Signature stores
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma or GED
