Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for the overall sales. You will be performing inside sales or telemarketing from the branch office as well as executing outside sales by traveling to residential areas in a personal vehicle. Also, you will be accountable for developing sales strategies and evaluating their effectiveness by using various sales methods to close the sale.

Additional duties for this entry level sales role include:

• Generating additional sales revenue by cross-selling and up-selling to customers
• Collecting information from potential customers and generating leads
• Identifying target geographic areas for sales on a weekly basis
• Preparing and developing an effective sales pitch to build customer relationships, reinforcing value-added services, and answering questions or concerns
• Negotiating quotes by explaining type and value of services and closing the sale
• Preparing and maintaining accurate sales reports

We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented Sales Representative who combines a genuine passion for sales and an entrepreneurial spirit. It is important that you demonstrate strong time management skills in order to excel in a fast-paced environment. Also, you should display excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively interact with a wide variety of customers.

Specific qualifications for this role include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver s license from state of residence and clean driving record
• Certification as required by federal, state or local law
• In-depth knowledge of selling techniques
• Ability to travel locally on extensive basis and reliable form of transportation
• Intermediate mathematical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office pack
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales, preferred
