Job Description
Candidates are placing outbound calls to follow up with applicants who have applied to be delivery drivers.
Reps will deliver brief elevator speech on Panera and start into a brief screen with applicants.
They will ask the applicants if they're still interested in the job, a few general questions to see if they're a fit, and schedule them for group interviews.
They will be typing and sending confirmation emails and uploading candidate information into shared Google Drive spreadsheets.
Qualifications :
Candidates with a customer service background have worked, entry level grads, and collections agents work as well
Shift Timings:
M-F, 8am-5pm
