Inspection - proficient utilizing inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauge
Quality Control - experience working within a quality control environment
PCB - Experience inspecting PCBs
Perform inspections of purchased parts, sub assemblies, discrete components or finished company products according to well-defined criteria using procedures, work instructions, mechanical or electrical. Document all processes and system audit using hand written procedures as audit standards(accurately). Set up and verify the functionality of safety equipment. Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environment compliance.
Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration. safely handle printed circuit boards and components with residual electrical energy. Will need to assist in writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists.
Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervisor. Work with Production Management and QA to provide feedback to assemblers regarding accuracy of assembly procedures.
