About this job

Target is one of the world’s most recognized brands and one of America’s leading retailers. When people say they love Target, they’re usually talking about visiting one of our stores. That positive & welcoming in-store experience is one of the things that sets our brand apart. And it’s made possible by our store team members who help us keep the store looking great and assist guests on their Target run.

In addition to owning specific area(s) of the store, you are responsible for executing duties as Leader on Duty (LOD) when scheduled, which encompasses complete autonomy in overseeing total store operations and team. You are also responsible to respond to escalated guest service requests, prioritizing the stores workload in totality and delegating team member workload accordingly while responding to team member concerns if and when they arise.

Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Able to lead and hold others accountable. Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members. Effective written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
