WHAT'S THE JOB? You're equal parts speed demon and bar specialist. You're a responsible good times co-pilot, a drink-slinging hybrid that keeps the drinks and plates filled and the jokes funny. You make sure everything is in order to keep the dining room and bar running as smooth as a barrel-aged bourbon.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: You're part of the bar team so you're in the inner circle of the well-oiled drink-making machine. Your main gig is to make sure the drinks are getting out in time for guests to say, "Thank you, may I have another?" while being quick with killer top shelf recos so the servers can deliver the best drink possible. You will impart to servers your love of all things liquid, making sure the drinks are tasty and the conversations lively.
WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT: You get the best of both worlds. You're on the front lines of the bar. You'll be taking care of the bar and the dining room, which is fun work and, sometimes, good cardio. You'll also be serving great drinks to guests, chatting them up, making friends and fans and creating great bar experiences.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO:
Be 21 years old+. That one's a must, you're serving alcohol after all. Be able to stand and move around for long shifts. Bend, kneel, stoop and have good balance. Conga line knowledge is a bonus. Be genuine and able to communicate. Especially with your guests and fellow Team Members.
