Local office seeking full time Seasonal office manager as well as tax preparers for the upcoming tax season. Competitive wages as well as bonus opportunity. Training is provided.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct a thorough in-person interview with potential clients, using the company's propriety tax software application. Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs and consider the impact of all the decisions/actions on the customer.
- Complete all related tax forms in accordance with policies, and in compliance with advise to ensure the correct tax form completion.
- Resolve client complaints, or refer situations to supervisor for resolution

Qualifications and Skills
- High School Degree or equivalent related business experience.
- Previous experience in tax preparation and filing a plus.
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of computer functions required
- Must be able to obtain Preparer Tax Identification Number that is required
- Professional demeanor in appearance, mannerisms and phone skills is expected and required.
