Apartment Community in Kearney, NE is seeking an individual with excellent telephone & personal sales skills and customer service experience. Responsibilities include responding to site visit, email and telephone inquiries, conduct site tours and effectively sell to prospects and lease apartments. Optimize occupancy while maximizing an effective lease renewal program. Assist Property Manager as requested in accounts payable, weekly and quarterly reports, marketing strategies, resident retention, and other various office duties.
