The Dishwasher is directly responsible for the washing and cleaning of all tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment, floors, walls, coolers, ceiling, etc. Responsible for keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and organized at all times. Ability to keep the dish machine clean and functional. Willing to learn and executes the 12 steps to a successful NSF audit which ensures the highest level of food safety and sanitation. Ability to understands and executes proper storage and usage of cleaning supplies. Must be able to adhere to “First in First out principles” for proper rotation in order to minimize food loss. Ability to close the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations. Able to assist with checking refrigeration points and ensure all Temp logs are filled out properly. Must have strong organizational Skills Able to effectively communicate with Team Members, Team Leaders and Store Leadership. Able to bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders.
