CAREGiver - Daylight hours - Part-time

Home Instead Senior Care in Pleasant Hills, PA is looking for compassionate people to become a part of our CAREGiver team. You will have the opportunity to do rewarding work helping clients in your own community during your availability.

We have a variety of shifts available, but are in immediate need for individuals willing and able to work daylight hours Monday - Friday. Though nothing can be guaranteed, available schedules range from 10-40 hours a week!

CAREGiver duties include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with grooming, bathing, toileting and incontinence issues
• Transportation and errands
• Alzheimer’s Care

*No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead Senior Care*

Requirements to be a CAREGiver:

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have access to reliable transportation
