We are currently seeking a Full-Time SERVICE COORDINATOR.  This role is at the heart of our business with the main responsibility of connecting our caregiving workforce with the needs of our senior clients. This person must be a steady multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is able to motivate and inspire a team, and effectively respond to the changing needs of the seniors we serve.  This role requires the ability to deliver results with a huge focus on customer service, teamwork and collaboration.  Planning and organizing, resilience and adapting to change are key competencies needed for the SERVICE COORDINATOR position. 
 
 Requirements
  • Associates Degree or higher in a Human Service or related field
  • Minimum one year of related office experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must possess an upbeat, friendly and positive personality
