Sales Account Manager

Our Louisville East office is seeking a high energy, well-organized individual to build upon our current growth, and who seeks to make a difference at the end of the day. The ideal person must have an entrepreneurial spirit that involves a passion for generating new business, understand the competitive market, have a genuine interest in the people we connect with throughout the day - our seniors. In essence, this position is responsible for establishing trusted relationships with referral providers, generating client referrals to our office and for meeting with potential client prospects to onboard them into our client base.



Primary Job Functions Include:

  • Developing current and new referral relationships in our community and producing referrals from these relationships. Our target accounts include (but are not limited to) hospitals, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, rehabs, physicians, etc. Assessing needs of potential clients and selling services
  • Solving client problems using a personalized care plan approach
  • Successfully generate community awareness of senior related issues
  • Research, schedule and successfully execute regular community marketing events
  • Develop and successfully implement a weekly sales plan
  • Assist in the development of a marketing plan that effectively communicates the company’s differentiation


Job Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with healthcare experience or equivalent work experience
  • Proven sales success
  • Strong planning and execution skills
  • Ability to make sales presentations to all size groups
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
  • Strong technical aptitude with high degree of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Internet applications
