We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator/ Shift Scheduler
Strong candidates for this position will be energetic, self driven, organized, positive minded, team oriented and good at multi-tasking.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining our clients schedules and assigning/filling open shifts
- Communicating effectively to address client and employee needs
- Responding to incoming calls from employees and clients
- Documentation and maintenance of client and employee records
- Assist with supervision of employees
- Must be able to work M-F daytime office hours, as well as rotate with some weeknight and weekend on call responsibilities.
- BA/BS degree or 5+ years experience in Management, HR or the Home Care Industry
- Experience with staffing and scheduling
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and as a team player when needed
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Must be dependable and reliable
